The installation steps of PVC board ceiling are divided into: snapping line, main beam installation, wood keel installation and panel installation.
1. snap line
Firstly, the elevation line shall be snapped around the wall, and the pressure line shall be fixed at both ends of the wall with cement nails. According to the standard height, snap lines around the wall as the standard line for PVC board ceiling installation, with an allowable error of 5mm.
2. install the main beam
Fix the side keel with cement nails along the elevation line, determine the keel positioning line, and then install the keel (it should be noted that generally speaking, the keel may not be installed for the kitchen or bathroom with a small area, and may be placed in the middle for the ceiling with a large area). When installing the keel, the outlet of the lighting line shall be reserved.
3. install wooden keel
When installing the keel, it is necessary to keep the keel level around the wall. When it comes to PVC board ceiling spacing, generally speaking, people without ceilings are 1200 to 1500 mm, and people with ceilings are 900 to 1200 mm.
4. panel installation
Before the installation of PVC panels, check the installed keels, panels and plates, and install them after they meet the requirements. The installation direction of PVC gusset plate shall be determined according to the length of the plate. If the transverse and longitudinal materials are similar, the plate shall be installed in a smooth direction.
